I'm glad you're here. Life can be overwhelming, and at times, we all need a safe, supportive space to navigate challenges, heal, and grow. As a counselling psychologist, I provide a warm, empathetic space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether you're working through anxiety, grief, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you explore your experiences and move toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and growth.
As a registered Chartered Counselling Psychologist and an accredited Psychotherapist, my approach is grounded in humanistic philosophy, which means I see you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. Drawing from a range of evidence-based therapies including Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, REBT, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I tailor my session to meet your unique needs and goals.
Whether you're coming as an individual or as a couple, I’ll work with you collaboratively to explore what’s going on, and support you in making meaningful, lasting changes.
